Building Surveyor
Salary:£35,000-£50,000
Our client is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and supportive environment, collaborating with senior professionals and engaging directly with clients to help drive business growth.
The RoleIn this position, you will:
- Undertake a range of professional surveys and prepare detailed reports and schedules.
- Make recommendations for further investigations or remedial works where necessary.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about project progress.
- Apply your knowledge of building regulations and legislation to assess properties effectively.
- Prepare Part 35 reports and liaise with solicitors and courts as required.
About YouTo succeed in this role, youll need:
- Relevant qualifications, ideally AssocRICS, with a goal of achieving MRICS accreditation.
- Solid experience in building surveying, with a strong technical understanding.
- A resilient and adaptable approach, with a good grasp of health and safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong numerical abilities.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
